Our pieces are eligible for credit and exchange within 3 days of purchase.
To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned accompanied by the authenticity certificates, polishing cloths, pouches and boxes.
Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless ADNEPTIS made an error in the customisation process. We take great care in creating your customised piece, but if there’s a mistake on our end, we’re committed to resolving it promptly.
Damaged/ Incorrect/ Spelling
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you receive items that are faulty, incorrect or have spelling errors, please contact us and send photos to contact@adneptis.com.
While we do not provide refunds, we are more than happy to arrange for the repair or replacement of such items to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Eligibility
For non-personalised items, we offer a return and exchange policy initiated within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns without prior communication may not be accepted!
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the returned item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning premium collection items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or design, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
